Product Warranty

Funeed.com chooses brand products to sell, so the quality is guaranteed. All products bought from Funeed enjoy 6 months warranty if not specified otherwise. 

 

Return and Refund

If you wish to return or refund your order, you will need to contact customer service via email service%funeed.com (@ Replace%)

 

Product Return

  • All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returns should be made by Registered Air Mail Parcels, no DHL, no UPS nor TNT.  

1.Quality Issues:
We will be responsible for an exchange if there are any product quality problems within 7 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us by mail post service with tracking numbers, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product. The replaced item will be shipped to customers for free.

2.Non Quality Issues:
If a customer returns a product, within 7 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons. Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund. Product return shipping cost will be covered by customers.

 

Product Refund

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • The refund will be made 3 days within receiving.
  • The shipping cost is non-refundable.

We will be responsible for a refund if there are any product quality problems within 7 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us by mail post service with tracking numbers, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will offer a refund.

2.Non Quality Issues:
If a customer returns a product, within 7 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons, we will offer an 85% refund (15% is for the shipping fee which cannot be returned). Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.


Note:

    We do not give any refund of following cases:
  • 1. If the customer offer wrong shipping address, resulting in product destruction or return.
  • 2. Due to the recipient's reasons failed to pick up in time, resulting in product destruction or return.
